EXAMINATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Theory paper examination for all students of 2004, 2005 and 2006 batches shall commence from 20th July 2007 to 30th July 2007 (for Oct. 04, Feb. 05, July. 05 and July’06 PG /UG batch)

2. Practical examination (wherever applicable) for all batches shall commence after completion of theory exams (for Oct. 04, Feb. 05, July, 05 and July 06 batch)

3. For 2004 and 2005 batches, theory examination fee is Rs. 100/- per theory paper. Supplementary examination / Back examination fee Rs. 200/- per theory paper. Last date of payment of exam fee is 30th June 2007. Practical examination fee will be Rs. 2,500/- per semester. Last date of depositing practical examination fee is 30th June 2007

4. For the July 2006 batch, Theory examination fee Rs. 150/- per theory paper. Last date of payment of exam fee is 30th June 2007. Practical examination fee will be Rs. 500/- per subject. Last date of depositing practical examination fee is 30th June 2007.

5. Examination Form submitted after 30th June, will have to pay a fine of Rs.1000/- upto 15th July 07. After this date no form will be accepted.

6. Examination fee once paid will not be adjusted/refunded.

7. Students are required to fill in the examination form along with 2 passport size photographs with name written on its back indicating their choice of centers and subjects in which they wish to appear and send it to their respective examination centers before 30th June 2007. Attach a photocopy of the exam fees receipt along with the examination form.

8. Admit card for appearing in the examination will be issued only after payment of examination fees and practical fees (wherever applicable).

9. Students who have already paid their examination fee shall enclose a photocopy of receipt along with the examination form.

10. Assignments will be considered for internal assessment purpose. Assignments have a total weight age of 40%. It is mandatory to submit assignments before examination. Last date of submission is 15th July 2007.

11. Payment of the fees can be done through cash or demand draft in favor of Directorate of Distance Learning, payable at New Delhi.
